Seller's InformationWhat is my Job as Your Listing Agent? In today’s market, over 85% of all buyers use their own agent. There is less than a 15% chance that I will be the selling agent. The buyer’s agent will represent the buyer in the transaction and I will represent you and negotiate on your behalf. In the event that I bring the buyer, I will be an intermediary and work fairly and honestly for both parties. My job as your agent is to market your property to the best of my ability and to get traffic to your home or property by marketing and advertising. Web Sites: Your home will be listed on my personal website CallCarlaFirst.com, RE/MAX.com, Realtor.com, Homes.com & TheRealEstateBook.com (the Real Estate Book feeds the listings to over 75 major search engines). Print Publications: The Real Estate Book in print is published every two weeks. I will also place your property in other print publications as needed. Mail Outs: Postcards will be mailed out to different markets showing your home “just listed” in their neighborhood in effort to find surrounding property owners that may have friends or co-workers that might be interested in your area.
